Roasted Radish and Potato Salad
Unfortunately many people have bad memories of grocery store potato salad that has given this delicious side dish a scarred reputation. This roasted radish and potato said side is anything but that. Slightly bitter radishes with a great potato texture pair nicely with the mustard and lemon juice. A fairly low-touch recipe that is easy to whip up on a weeknight or take to a summer BBQ.

Notes
